review - I’ve been playing this game since naxxramas, and in the terms of quality in a free-ish game, it has a lot put into it, the artwork, the amount of content and the 3D models. A lot of people will complain about blizzard having monetized their game, they don’t exist to make games, they exist to make money, as all things in capitalist America. All content, given time and effort can be accessed for free, via gold which cannot be purchased, only earned, save for wild sets. It has single player content, that it entirely free, it used to be locked, but the last 4 single player adventures were entirely free, as in fact, you gained cards and packs for free while playing them. As for the balance and game play, some classes rise and fall some cards are true trash can, and a few other will make you want to auto-concede. They balance the game occasionally... rarely, seem to have a soft spot for Druid. If you’d like to play this game on ladder, you will have trouble with an incomplete collection, missing key legendaries, and it will be very tempting to buy them. They added an update for new players and added 25 ranks to the bottom of standard, that only new players can access, whereas before your thrown into the ocean with everyone else
